great location easy access dining options small room minimal space thin walls
The location was great. I was very close to Times Square. It was also convenient to visit the TKTS booth. I enjoyed having easy access to multiple shows and many dining options.
The room I had was quite small. There was minimal space for luggage. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms more than I preferred. Also there was no refrigerator.

Excellent Location Near Broadway
convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed basic room
The location proved convenient for seeing Broadway shows. I attended one daily and appreciated the short walk back. Staff members I encountered were consistently warm and helpful . I found the bed quite comfortable, and the room, while basic, suited my needs well. I would gladly return for another visit.
The elevators seemed slow at times, occasionally causing a slight delay when moving between floors.

This hotel has a superb location. Maria and Richard at the front desk provided helpful service. The concierge offered great information about the area. The hotel provided excellent value, especially given the location.
The shower could use a slight update.

location, location, location!
subway access helpful woman excellent location
i loved that it was so close to everything. stepping outside, i was right in times square! the subway was also very close, a real plus. the woman at the reception desk was lovely and helped me a lot .
the shower took a long time to get hot, a bit annoying. i wish the water heated up faster. it took too much time for hot water.
